It's trade deadline season in the MLB and a veteran bat is on the move. The Minnesota Twins traded right-handed DH Nelson Cruz to the defending AL Champion Tampa Rays on Thursday. Cruz brings a .297/ .370 / .537 slash line with him and 19 home runs on the year. The Rays will be sending to Minnesota a package of prospects that includes Joe Ryan and Drew Strotman.
