Welcome in Slumpbusters! In this segment Kyle & Ju-Ju give their previews of the week 14 game between the Las Vegas Raiders and Kansas City Chiefs. #Raiders #Chiefs #NFL
The last time the Raiders and Chiefs played it was the best the Chiefs offense had looked in a two month stretch. Patrick Mahomes had 35 completions for 406 yards and five passing touchdowns. Since, Mahomes and the Chiefs offense took a step back to square one. Against both the Broncos and Cowboys, Mahomes has failed to throw a passing touchdown. This is the first time in Mahomes young career that he has gone consecutive games without a passing touchdown. Regardless Kansas City is tied with the Dolphins for the second longest winning streak in the league at five games. While the Chiefs have struggled to find an offensive identity, the Raiders can't find any identity. Las Vegas has lost seven of their last ten games and seems on the brink of missing the playoffs once again. Derek Carr may be on pace for the third greatest passing yard season in NFL history but his performances feel hollow. Despite their struggles a win in Arrowhead Stadium could instantly put the Raiders back in the playoff conversation. Who will this matchup of bitter AFC West rivals?
